Counselling is making space for understanding, healing, and moving forward. My priority is to provide a safe space for clients to be heard and to be supported. I strive to meet you where you are and respect your perspectives without judgement but with curiosity.
I work with individuals (youth/young adults/adults), couples, and families from a systemic, trauma-informed, and attachment framework.
My clinical approach is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory. I also borrow from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interview (MI) to help my clients.
The key ingredients for change involve growing in a healthy relationship with one’s emotions, parts, and connection with others. I am excited for the opportunity to help you discover, explore, and try something new.
Whether you are experiencing difficulties on your own, with a significant other, or with multiple members of the family, know that you are not alone. I am available and committed to listen and walk alongside you in your journey towards understanding, healing, and growth.

Yes. All areas of life are welcomed in the counselling space. I invite my clients to examine their health from a holistic perspective. I intend to work collaboratively and respectfully with what my clients would like to explore.
Personally, I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I have years of experience working in the area of spiritual formation with individuals from the Christian faith tradition.
My clients are not required to share the same spirituality to see me or vice versa. I am confident and equipped to work with individuals from different walks of life, faith backgrounds, and beliefs.
